Herba Rosa is a small business in its infancy. Because of this, we do not have any established protocol regarding refunds or returns.
For the time being, we are unable to process returns in most cases, except if the product you receive is not what you ordered. But rest assured that we would not hold such a policy if we were not completely confident that our product will satisfy you. All orders undergo thorough inspection during packing, prior to being shipped. In the future, we may extend our return and refund policy, but such a change may result in price increases.
To prevent a situation where you are unsatisfied with any particular strain, it is a good idea to limit the quantity of your first purchase. That way, you can verify whether or not a strain is right for you without taking a risk on a large order.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered, or if there is an extenuating circumstance relating to a problem with the product you receive, contact us (LINK TO contact page), provide your order number and product details, and we will promptly respond to find a solution.
In the rare case where a return is accepted, Herba Rosa cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs. If the wrong product was shipped to you, we will either provide you with store credit or send you the correct order free of charge and will cover the cost of shipping it to you. Just be sure that the product you send back to us is unopened, otherwise, Herba Rosa reserves the right to refuse to re-ship your order or provide a refund of any kind.

Herba Rosa will make every effort to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot make any guarantees regarding the exact day you will receive your order. The expedience at which your order ships is not dependent on the type of postage you choose.
The majority of orders placed on a particular day will be fulfilled by the end of that day and sent out the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday, it is possible that it won’t be shipped until Monday (if Monday is not a holiday). Once your order is in the hands of a mail carrier, we have no control over the time of delivery.
